Apple has launched its HomePod in Germany, France, and Canada. DigitalTrends reports that the announcement could be an effort to boost declining sales. the Siri-enabled smart speaker is now available in six countries. The HomePod debuted five months ago. It's rumored that Apple will be announcing a cheaper version of the HomePod later this year.

MIDiA’s Q1 2021 consumer survey enabled us to dive deeper into how this opportunity can be approached.
