Invincible Entertainment Announces $20M Acquisition of Business Rockstars Entrepreneurial Media Platform

Invulnerable Entertainment Partners, an autonomous creation and dissemination organization with assorted tasks in OTT, streaming, and innovation, today declared its obtaining of Business Rockstars for $20M.

Business Rockstars is the biggest maker of sound and video content for business people including the world's greatest and most cultivated CEOs, tycoons, VIP originators, new companies, pioneers, and disruptors.

Because of the obtaining, Business Rockstars' chief accomplices, Steve Lehman and Thom Beers, both prepared media heads, will join the Invincible board and leader council. Lehman has recently held CEO functions of both Nasdaq and NYSE organizations and was author and CEO of Premiere Networks (presently possessed by iHeartMedia). Moreover, he was a first-round speculator in the Mark Cuban-drove broadcast.com. Lagers, a 3x Emmy Award-winning maker, was organizer and CEO of Original Productions ("Deadliest Catch", "Ice Road Truckers," "Stockpiling Wars") and was already director and CEO of FremantleMedia North America.

“Business Rockstars perfectly aligns with our strategy to acquire quality content and use that content to create and enhance our brands, while bringing high quality entertainment to our audiences,” said Tom Ashley, founder and CEO of Invincible Entertainment. “Business Rockstars is a powerful brand and a great addition to our family of OTT streaming services and FAST channels.”

“Business Rockstars started out as a two-hour daily radio show on the CBS station in Los Angeles,” said Lehman. “It was a way for Thom (Beers) and I to meet cool companies to invest in. Rockstars has grown into one of the premier video platforms for entrepreneurs. Tom Ashley’s shared vision for Rockstars is to create a ‘Better, entrepreneurial Cheddar’ and we’re excited to help make that happen.”

Added Beers: “I’m really looking forward to working with the Invincible Team. They are incredibly well versed in OTT, and alternative distribution platforms and are well-positioned to succeed in this new media world.”
