Syncbak launching OTT syndication platform for broadcasters

Livestreaming tech company Syncbak is launching a straight-to-over-the-top syndication marketplace, MarketSync, for television broadcasters.The MarketSync app—which is designed to help broadcasters syndicate, deliver and monetize original content will be part of Syncbak’s existing SBTV platform. The marketplace will allow SBTV uses to license content to fill out their OTT channel programming lineups.SBTV lets local stations build live and on-demand OTT channels in both in their local markets and anywhere else in the U.S. where they have content distribution rights. Channels include news, weather, sports and local live events and original programming from SBTV’s content marketplace.
