Since storming on to the scene a decade ago, Over the Top (OTT) services have significantly disrupted how we consume media and entertainment.The ubiquity of OTT has made content more accessible and abundant than ever, giving viewers the ability to watch what they want, where and when they want to watch it.  No longer are we shackled to the lounge room to watch the latest TV series, nor do we make plans around when programs are being broadcast.In addition to behavioural changes, comes changing perceptions and increased expectations of a seamless viewing experience, with things such as buffering and bad ad placement being tolerated less and less by viewers.
