Sony Interactive Entertainment Acquires Nixxes to Expand PlayStation Studios' Exclusive Titles

Sony Interactive Entertainment today announced the completion of its acquisition of Nixxes Software B.V., an industry-leading Dutch company with more than 20 years of expertise in game development and optimization. Nixxes, based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, will join PlayStation Studios Technology, Creative & Services Group immediately to offer high-quality in-house technical and development skills for PlayStation Studios.

Due to contractual obligations, the terms of this transaction, including the acquisition cost, are not revealed.
