Facebook’s Beat Games acquisition is a stepping-stone toward Horizon

I believe Facebook director of AR/VR content Mike Verdu when he writes that Facebook’s acquisition of Beat Saber studio Beat Games is “just the beginning.” It is likely the company can acquire some of the best VR developers in the world, and their products, just by offering a ridiculous amount of Facebook stock, which they sell after a few years of service to Mark Zuckerberg’s machine. I can probably count on one hand the number of successful VR development studios worldwide who wouldn’t take such a deal.
