Premium Service Brands Collaborate with VIRTI and MURSION to Develop a VR-Powered Owner Experience Learning Program

Premium Service Brands, the parent company of home-service franchises 360º Painting, Maid Right, ProLift Garage Doors, Renew Crew, Kitchen Wise, Handyman Pro, and Rubbish Works, has announced the launch of its new Owner Experience Program, a tech-powered learning experience designed to immerse its incoming franchisees in their new business's day-to-day operational activities.
The Owner Experience Program is the product of Premium Service Brand's extensive research into owners' actions and best practices that had exceptional launch results to identify what set them apart from the competition. The company discovered that practice, communication skills, and mindset all played a significant role in positioning owners for successful launches and set out to revitalize the established Premium Service Brands onboarding program with the help of innovative technology and the new Owner Experience Center in an attempt to make the experience more impactful.
Most notably, Premium Service Brands collaborated with two companies — Mursion and VIRTI — to provide owners with a platform for practicing estimates, sales calls, hiring, and recruiting in virtual reality and role-playing settings.
Mursion is a virtual reality platform that focuses on increasing emotional intelligence in the workplace. Mursion creates a secure environment for practicing emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience by combining A.I. with live human interaction. The goal is to create an authentic yet risk-free simulation that does not compromise an individual's or a company's performance or reputation.
VIRTI is a startup in the United Kingdom that uses immersive AR/VR scenarios to teach hands-on skills in realistic settings. Premium Service Brands is VIRTI's first home services sector partner, and it will help the startup enter into a new market.
Premium Service Brands also intends to unveil a newly designed learning and development center to emphasize the experience aspect of the onboarding process. The center's layout will be arranged in pods rather than an instructor-led classroom to ensure that all parties can work collaboratively.
Following a recent private equity investment by Susquehanna Private Capital, Premium Service Brands is launching its Owner Experience Program. SPC invested in the multi-brand franchisor to assist the company in strengthening its presence in the fast-developing home services industry and advancing its business strategy.
