The future is now. Digital has already fundamentally changed the way we interact with the world around us, shrinking the globe, vastly increasing the array of products and services on offer and changing the way we access them.It is fair to say that we are not entering a digital era. Rather, we have plunged into it headlong, irretrievably and, in some cases, unsuspectingly. In this new normal, everything we ever thought we knew about success will be challenged, tested and, in many ways, forced to change. To a large degree, the entertainment and media (E&M) industry is not an exception.
