The PlayStation 5 is being released later this year and there is now growing anticipation among PS4 gamers following the reveal of new titles and what the console will look like. And this week, gamers have also been given some surprise news regarding the release of an upcoming PS4 game that will benefit greatly from the next-gen release. As many fans will already know, Marvel’s Avengers is coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC on September 4, 2020. It’s hard to say just how big the new adventure will be, although developers Crystal Dynamics have long-term plans for it. This will mean that there will be plenty of new story content and expansions, as well as new playable characters. But for some PS4 gamers, buying a title just months before the release of the PlayStation 5 might not seem like such a great idea.
